A loft-style duplex created through the conversion of a former industrial office into a two-bedroom residence. The design works with the existing double-height façade to bring natural light deep into the interior, keeping the space open and bright.

The mezzanine functions as an extension of the façade, opening onto the main living spaces below and reinforcing the vertical continuity of the apartment.
