A bar–restaurant set within a listed three-storey neoclassical building in central Athens. The design preserves key architectural elements of the existing structure while introducing a restrained palette of raw, natural materials. Light is used to reveal the textures of stone and plaster, while the dialogue between rustic and classical elements shapes a refined yet approachable atmosphere.
