A conceptual city plan developed above the flooded streets of a dystopian future London. An elevated megastructure forms a new urban layer, carrying housing and shared infrastructure while supporting artificial lighting systems that enable aquaponic farming on the submerged ground level. The proposal frames food production and habitation as interdependent systems, offering a model in which displaced populations inhabit and sustain the city through the cultivation of its lower strata.
