A commercial design project for an urban coffee roastery in Neos Kosmos. The space was crafted to meet the client’s requirement for distinct roasting and seating areas while maximizing functionality. Transparent glass walls were installed to separate the roastery from the seating zone. The glass separation highlighted the space's identity as a coffee roasting house by providing clear views of the roasting process and machinery while adhering to health and safety protocols. In the seating area, mobile structures were utilized to optimize the arrangement, making the most of the limited available space. This dynamic seating ensured flexibility to accommodate groups of varying sizes and created a playful, adaptable environment for visitors.
