A commercial design project for an urban coffee roastery in Neos Kosmos. The space was designed to define distinct roasting and seating areas while maintaining functionality. Transparent glass walls separate the roastery, showcasing the coffee-making process and equipment while meeting safety standards. Flexible seating and mobile structures optimise the compact layout, creating a versatile and engaging environment for visitors.
