A renovation project transforming a flat in Exarcheia. The design preserves key architectural features from its 1972 construction, including terrazzo and wooden floors, as well as intricate gypsum details. Original colour and textures were blended with contemporary elements of modern space design. Additional original features were thoughtfully repurposed, such as the marble kitchen sink, now reimagined as a bathroom fixture, combining vintage marble accents with contemporary tiles and colours.
